Kicking Off 2016 With a Bang!

It’s a new year and we have some great class offerings to help any employee kick it off fit and healthy!  This is a great and free way to get your fitness in quickly before you go home.  Another great perk working for Willard Schools you can take advantage of! See the list of upcoming classes below.  Some of them begin next week.

Circuit Training – Willard North, Thursday, 4-5 pm (Jan. 7-Feb. 25)

Food Prep for Wellness – WMS, Monday, 3-4:30 pm (Jan. 11-Feb. 1)

Training for Distance Running – Willard East, Monday & Thursday, 4-5 pm (Jan. 11-Feb. 29)

Cook This, Not That – WIS, Thursday, 3:45-4:45 pm (Twice monthly- Jan. 11 -Mar. 31)

T25 Fix – Willard East, Wednesday & Thursday, 4-5 pm (Jan. 13-Apr. 28)

Yoga – WHS, Wednesday, 4-5 pm (Jan. 13-Mar. 2)

Insanity MAX 30 – WMS, Wednesday & Friday, 3-4 pm (Jan. 13-Mar. 4)

Strength & Toning  – Willard Central, Thursday, 4-4:45 pm (Jan. 14-Mar. 3)

Women’s Self Defense – WMS, Monday, 4-5 pm (5 week session, Jan. 25- Feb. 29)  **Staff are encouraged to bring their family members 16 & older along with them!
